Randstad is looking for a Call Center Team Leader on behalf of ZeniΘ, the 1st provider of integrated energy in Greece, with natural gas and electricity!

As a Call Center Team Leader your duties will be the following:

  • Keep the team on track to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
  • Support call center agents in troubleshooting and out-of-schedule issues, while mediating between segments to solve problems efficiently.
  • Identify who needs training, give helpful feedback, and keep the team motivated.
  • Take the lead on customer problems and make sure they get resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Keep a close eye on retail targets to make sure the team is hitting its marks.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of Call Center Team Leader is a professional with:

  • BSc degree will be an asset
  • Previous experience in telephone sales, particularly in a similar position, is essential
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in team management is required
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)
  • Very Good knowledge of English
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Customer oriented personality
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Effective time management
