On behalf of our client a high tech company that for the last 16 years develops, integrates and supports large scale IT projects in Greece and abroad, we are looking for a highly motivated Presales Bid Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities
As a Presales Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work
- Researching, writing and providing feedback on Bids, and responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Communicating with the team and any third parties involved in the process of RFPs’ preparation and submission
- Contributing in proposal content, including description of implementation and maintenance services and plan and other required material
- Defining the implementation plan and the timeline for each proposal
- Ensuring that the bid plan is being followed throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, and ensuring that all resourcing demands for the bid are managed via the agreed request process
- Creating and maintaining a database of the documentation needed for the fulfillment of the bid
