Quality Assurance Coordinator (Ref: SIH/QAC023)

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with colleagues across departments
• Handle e-mails and communication offering support to various departments from all group's establishments
• Contact with external partners and collaborators
• Detailed analysis of results and statistics from various online platforms
• Daily check of guests' responses and mentions on digital surveys
• Create reports demonstrating to the company's online reputation and performance
• Validation of data and information resulting into official scores for all properties
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in the Tourism/Hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (Hotel Property Management Software)
• Excellent Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive, Data Entry)
• Great internet skills (Web Searching, Proofreading, Using Web Browsers, Basic Troubleshooting Skills)
• Effective Email Management
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of GDPR
