Who we are
ShareInn is a house managing company specializing in touristic summer rentals in the area of Chalkidiki. Our main job is to carry out all the necessary arrangements in order to provide a warm welcome to travelers from all around the globe making sure that everything is perfectly set upon their arrival and keep on supporting them during their stay. Keeping the houses in a neat condition is also part of our mission.

Job description
We are in search of a full-time operation field employee located in Halkidiki for at least a four-month period (starting on the 10th of May).

The main responsibilities would be divided between office work involving

• Organize and supervise the cleaning and setting of the houses for the next guest
• Follow the steps of our standard warm and hospitable procedure to welcome our guests
  
• Managing customers, replying to emails and messages
• Filling contracts, arranging house management procedures, eth

Qualifications 

• Good organizational skills
• Friendly personality with an extremely high emphasis on customer service
• Efficient at multitasking at resolving crises
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MS Office and general computer literacy
• Consistency and dedication to the goals of the company
• Owner of driving license and possession of a private vehicle
• Having an accommodation in Halkidiki area (Desired)
• Experience with Tourism or studies in Business or equivalent (Desired)
• Experienced eye for houses and basic knowledge of DIY (Desired)
