Due to its expansion, LAS SOLUTIONS is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented HR Assistant in the area of Athens
# yourmission
- Provide administrative support to HR department (Ergani processes, absence administration, employer’s certificates, personnel trainings etc.)
- Recruitment (job ads, resume screening, scheduling & conducting interviews)
- New employees onboarding process
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees
# yourprofile
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field
- MSc or another certification in Human Resources Management would be highly appreciated
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- At least 1 year experience in Ergani processes
- Αt least 1 year experience in Full Cycle recruitment
- Good knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong PC literacy (especially MS Office)
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns
