Vacancy: Reservations Executive English Speaking

Location: Chalkidiki, Greece
Contract: Full Time /seasonal

Job Description
To handle all inquiries for reservations by converting as many of these cases as possible into confirmed reservations achieving maximum sales satisfaction.

Your main accountabilities:
• Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
• Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
• Communicate reservations, cancellations and modifications information to the front desk
• Process advance deposits on reservations
• Handle daily correspondence and make sure that files are kept up to date

• Excellent command of English language. Hospitality education would be considered as extra asset.
• Excellent command of a second language (French, German, Russian or Spanish)
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude
• Team player, passionate about the job, self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work under pressure
• Relevant experience in reservations department will be highly appreciated
