As a Logistics Director your duties will include the following:
- Organization and coordination of logistics services (receipts, orders, storage, distribution, returns), of involved departments for the whole of company facilities
- Allocation and management of personnel resources according to the variables work needs, guidance and training of employees
- Monitoring and adherence to agreed customer contracts - Monitoring and adherence to customer KPI's
- Attending meetings with existing clients to review cooperation;solving any problems, identifying and making suggestions for improving the cooperation
- Configuration of the storage and distribution policy with the aim of improving it of service provided to customers and the reduction of operating costs
- Reporting, Cooperation with the Finance department for the preparation and control of the department's budget
- Collection of costs per month, participation in the control of carriers and couriers invoices
