- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Purchase goods, manage cost and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team
- E.F.E.T. Certification
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a Luxury Hotel
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills
