Front Desk Agent

The 5* Aegialis Hotel & Spa located at Aegiali – Amorgos and looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Front-Desk agent, to be a part of the team 2020 and provide the guests the ultimate hospitality experience that comes straight from the heart.

Position Requirements: 

• Checking guests in and out 
• Taking payments 
• Ensure the smooth running of the reception during the shift 
• Assisting with out-of-hours reservations enquiries when applicable 
• Answering guest queries and offering help wherever needed 
• Liaise with other key departments to ensure the daily smooth running of the operations 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A higher education degree in Hospitality Management 
• Previous, at least 2 years 5-star hotel experience 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Knowledge of Bluebyte PMS is an asset 
• Fluency in French will be highly appreciated 
• Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for other agents and associates 
• Resolve customer complications and complaints by conducting thorough research of the situation and determining the most effective solutions
• Full professional English and Greek oral and written communication skills 
• Pleasant and friendly personality with the ability to smile even when under pressure 
• Able to work in a fast paced environment within a team 
• High level of patience, customer care skills and empathy
