Our partner, a family-friendly hotel nestled in the breathtaking island of Lefkada is seeking a bartender to join the team and become the heart and soul of our pool bar.

- Maximum of 9 working hours per day.
- Days off according to agreement.
- Payment on time.
- All wages and benefits are included as required by law.
- Two meals per day.
- Accommodation inside or outside the establishment with without cohabitation (maximum number of people in the room depending on room measurements).

The Role:
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, with precision and flair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and recommending signature drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in top condition.
- Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, contributing to the overall guest experience at our poolside oasis.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues alike.

- Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Proficiency in crafting a wide range of cocktails and drinks with creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Greek or other European languages are a plus).
