Procurement Officer

Artemis ITS is a rapidly growing telecom infrastructure company delivering project management, design, implementation, maintenance and operation services for fixed and mobile telecom networks. The company was established in 2008 in Greece and has since then expanded its activity in central Europe, especially in German & Netherlands. With our well-educated, highly motivated, and experienced team, we are supporting many Operators and Vendors in Europe to expand and maintain their networks.

We are looking for a full time Procurement Officer who will support Procurement department’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and Logistics Management: Aid in managing the ordering and logistics processes.
• Delivery Tracking & Expediting: Track deliveries and take necessary actions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Goods Receipt Confirmation: Confirm receipt of goods and ensure proper documentation.
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing regular reports.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of the German language (C1/C2).
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language (C1/C2).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
