The company was established in 2008 in Greece and has since then expanded its activity in Romania, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Austria.
With our well-educated, highly motivated, and experienced team, we are supporting many Operators and Vendors in Europe to expand and maintain their networks.
We are looking for a full time Telecommunications Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of telco projects in Germany (FTTH-FTTC-FTTB).
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Specification Analysis: Analyze telecommunication network specifications based on provider requirements.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring each stage is monitored, with a master-plan overview and project metrics.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all internal and external platforms on a weekly basis.
- Implementation Tracking: Monitor project execution in the field, tracking completed appointments and documentation delivery.
- Team Supervision: Oversee field teams, ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Task Monitoring & Database Updates: Conduct daily follow-ups on completed tasks and perform ad hoc database updates.
- Quality Assurance: Perform QA checks to ensure that tasks meet required quality standards.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with various departments to resolve arising issues.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with civil works teams to handle pending issues and identify possible causes.
- Roll-Out Meetings: Participate in weekly rollout meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on overall project progress, including estimated completion timelines.
