company in the Greek gaming and luxury hospitality industry, is seeking a qualified candidate
to cover the following open position at Regency Casino Thessaloniki:
Data Analyst
Main Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and analyse data
from diverse sources to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Design and deliver dashboards,
reports and visualizations that clearly communicate key findings to the
management team
- Develop and implement automation
solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Define and monitor KPIs, identify
trends and analyse patterns to drive business performance
- Build forecasting models and ROI
scenarios to support business planning and evaluate initiatives
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to advance data-driven strategies across departments
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Economics or a related discipline
- Master's degree in a related field will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in at least one Business Intelligence tool (e.g. Microsoft BI tools, Tableau, QlikView, Crystal Reports) is a pre-requisite
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business data analysis
Competencies (skills, knowledge, attitude)
- Database management skills (including SQL)
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivots, VBA) & Power Point
- Solid understanding of CRM platform operations
- Strong data visualization skills (dashboards, reports)
- Programming skills in any open-source or licensed data analytics and modelling software will be considered a plus
