The ideal Hotel Receptionist / Night Auditor will have the following requirements:
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in english and german language
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hospitality Management degree is considered as a plus
We are looking for a person who will take over the below responsibilities for the position of Hotel Receptionist / Night Auditor:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel reception desk
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive and distribute daily email
- Follow safety procedures and controlling access
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
