Eurotraining, a leading educational organization, is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT team and drive the continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the efficiency and strategic alignment of all IT systems with the organization's goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support and align with the organization's overall objectives
- Oversee the administration, configuration and day-to-day support of business applications and IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement of business processes
- Implement and monitor IT policies to safeguard systems and data while identifying and mitigating digital risks in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead, mentor and coordinate the IT team, fostering high performance, collaboration and professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' of experience in similar IT role
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure management is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of web developement
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
