Financial Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of customers.
• Communicate with individuals and small businesses to identify suitable financial and repayment solutions.
• Assess customers' financial circumstances and recommend appropriate repayment arrangements.
• Negotiate and monitor debt repayment agreements.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of the Greek language and good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, collections, or the financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
