Quality Assurance Officer

Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort is a dynamic and innovative resort committed to excellence and growth. We are seeking a highly motivated quality assurance officer to uplevel the quality of our resort.

Job Role : Responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Implement quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, ISO22000, ISO 14001)
•  Monitor activities throughout all departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen etc)
•  Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards and report Non Conformities of processes or products
•  Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
•  Implement appropriate corrective actions
•  Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
•  Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
•  Investigate customer complaints
•  Collect and compile statistical quality data
•  Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
•  Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
•  Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
•  Support on-site audits conducted by external providers

•  Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
•  2 years minimum experience on similar position
•  Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered accordingly.
•  Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills
•  Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage work load using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multi task position.
•  High knowledge of ISO and HACCP
