Treasury Manager

Job Information

  • Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

  • Participate in loan agreement negotiations and review proposals for new or existing financings, ensuring proper structuring and compliance with banking requirements
  • Collaborate with financial, legal, and other advisors to deliver all loan agreement-related deliverables to stakeholders and negotiate financing fees
  • Monitor and report on financial covenants, terms, and undertakings as imposed by financial institutions, lenders, and stakeholders, while maintaining a Treasury dashboard
  • Coordinate with internal Finance Division teams for timely completion of tasks and deliverables, including reconciling and sharing reports with stakeholders
  • Oversee cash management and credit risk, including weekly/monthly cash flow analysis, account funding, and external financing to control liquidity risk
  • Review, update, and analyze financial reports, budget packs, and financial market risks, including interest rate, currency, and investment price-related risks

Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations

  • A University degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional qualification (ACCA or IESOEL) or master's Degree is a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience in loan agreement negotiations and coordination, preferably with structured financings
  • Knowledge of Greek accounting principles and the Greek chart of accounts; familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions is an asset
  • Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to critically analyze and interpret complex financial data, including budgets, cash flows, and market risks
