Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager , an Engineer with a passion for sustainable construction and technological innovation in the agricultural sector? This role is the "heart" of our vision's implementation, carrying full responsibility for transforming blueprints into model operational units. You will be the vital link between engineers, authorities, and vendors, ensuring that the construction and licensing of our facilities are completed with absolute precision and environmental consciousness.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead site meetings and conduct regular inspections to ensure construction integrity, adherence to safety standards, and technical excellence.
• Drive the entire approval process with municipal and public authorities, ensuring full compliance with urban planning and environmental regulations.
• Establish and manage the project baseline, including scope, detailed schedules, and budgets for the erection of hydroponic greenhouses and supporting
• infrastructure.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage subcontractors and specialized vendors for high-tech equipment (robotics, climate control systems, renewable energy systems).
• Oversee the final testing phases of all systems and manage the seamless transition of the facility to the production team.

To thrive in this role as a Project Manager, you should bring:

• Educational background in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years in construction project management, preferably within industrial, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to interpret complex mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings.
• Advanced skills in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and rigorous budget tracking.
• Excellent Command in Greek and English Language (written-spoken)
