                                                                  Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general day to day management and running of the restaurant service team
• Delegate duties and follow up completion
• Establish strong and professional relationships with our guests, ensuring that an outstanding service is delivered at all times
• Respond and deal with any guest complaints in a professional and customer focused manner
• Conduct daily briefings with the team, informing them of any daily specials or important information for that shift
• Motivating the team through training and solid leadership
• Establish daily routine checks to ensure that all shift set up procedures are consistently followed
• Liaise and communicate effectively with the different departments of the restaurant when needed
• Support the team by assisting in restaurant service when required
• Develop the togetherness of the team by actively promoting teamwork
• Help us maintain staff retention

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management or similar field
• 2 years prior experience as a Restaurant or F&B supervisor in a fast paced, luxury venue
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Good computer skills
• Driven and motivational attitude
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience managing and developing a team
• Solid understanding of the current hospitality market, current trends
• Extensive knowledge of quality food, drink and quality products and ingredients
• Good knowledge of health & safety, hygiene and licensing regulations
• Approachable, team player, professional, patient, assertive, hardworking
