We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be a central pillar of our daily operations, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our team of lawyers and partners. As a Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:
- Administrative & Client Support: Managing daily client communications, handling phone calls and emails, and scheduling client and internal meetings. You will also maintain a calendar for court hearings and deadlines.
- Legal & Secretarial Support: Typing and preparing legal documents, organizing case files for court appearances, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Office & Financial Management: Monitoring invoices and expenses, coordinating with the external accountant, and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Document & Records Management: Maintaining both physical and digital archives, including scanning and organizing files, and ensuring the proper use of cloud-based systems.
- General Operations: Supporting the day-to-day operation of the firm, managing priorities, and ensuring all tasks and pending documents are handled efficiently.
