Reservations Supervisor

Ikos Resorts is a 5* hospitality chain that creates and develops a collection of contemporary resorts, based on the exciting concept of Infinite Lifestyle. Ikos Resorts is welcoming two new resorts in Corfu (2018) and Kos (2019) so we are looking for industry professional to join our promising and talented team!

We are currently looking for a Reservations Supervisor to join our Reservations Team in Halkidiki, Greece.

Location: Halkidiki, Greece
Contract: Full=Time

Your main accountabilities will include:
• Supervise daily duties of the Reservations Department
• Monitor agents performance specifically over using proper selling skills in order to reach company targets
• Create price lists, rate codes & block codes in PMS
• Follow up and process Mice Group bookings, Conference Bookings, Guarantee & Protected Allotments
• Manage individual, group, on-line, travel agency and tour operator hotel bookings (handling by following company standards and procedures
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type and hotel
• Maintain reservations data to the system

Your main qualifications need to include
• Degree in Tourism or Hospitality (preferable)
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience (in a similar role preferably in an organized Reservations department)
• Excellent command of English (a second language in a proficient level is a plus; ideally between Russian, French & German)
• Knowledge of Opera or similar software
• Computer literacy
