For our client, a restaurant chain in Sweden , we are looking for an experienced Waiter/Bartender .
Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience working as a Waiter or Barman in a busy restaurant environment.
- Hands-on experience with ordering information system (POS)
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy, and fast-paced working environment
- A good level of English is required
About the job:
- Permanent, full-time position
- If moving to Sweden from abroad, you would be provided with accommodation (from €350 to €500 per month for a single room)
- Salary in Sweden for this Waiter/Barmen role will be between €13 - €18 gross per hour depending on experience (145 SEK -190 SEK gross per hour) on 40 hours per week
- For the first 6 months you will be paying a 25% rate on gross salary, later, it depends on personal allowances and is individual.
- Your duties will be welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen, memorizing menu and offering recommendations, preparing alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks and hot beverages, and always providing high-quality service, making only card payments .
