Principal Accountabilities:
• Be responsible for execution of sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction
• Build and manage effective relationships with Health Care Partners, Key Accounts and Customers
• Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
• Implement Sales Action Plans and Key Objectives Strategies in his/her territory, programs and budgets of expenses for assigned products
• Organize sales and marketing events (AVs, Doctors meetings, Advisory Boards)
• Apply all company processes and tools, providing timely and accurate reporting
• Ensure the understanding and implementation of code of Ethics
Candidate’s Profile:
• Life Sciences or Business Degree. Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
• This is an entry level sales position, 0 to 2 years’ experience is required within the sales department of a Pharmaceutical company.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication and relationship development skills.
• Team player, with strong achievement orientation and efficiency.
• Highly motivated, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and desire to excel in sales.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work within a team workplace.
• A high level of professionalism, confidence, enthusiasm, and personal accountability.
