We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Way4 Batch Operator to join our IT Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, executing, and troubleshooting batch processes within the Way4 payment system environment. This role involves ensuring the smooth daily operation of financial transactions, coordinating with application and infrastructure teams, and maintaining high system availability and performance.

Responsibilities In This Role

• Responsible for ensuring job scheduling, transmission processing, and report distribution.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to define the scope of testing activities, acting as a key stakeholder in the Testing – Issuing & Clearing area.
• Planning, estimating, and scheduling all testing activities, defining timelines and milestones, managing dependencies, and monitoring deliverables within the Issuing & Clearing domain.
• Ensuring the development and execution of Test Plans, Test Cases, and Regression Testing, and managing the overall testing cycles to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications.
• Preparing and presenting progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and management presentations.
• Flexibility to work in stand-by rotation, according to operational requirements.

​Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in standard office and technical applications.
• Basic junior-level programming skills and practical experience with SQL for data analysis and processing.
• Ability to work effectively by following instructions and manuals, while also acting independently to coordinate and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand internal business processes and operational functions.
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
