- Manage B2B orders and inquiries efficiently, serving as the central contact point for business clients.
- Maintain up-to-date product expertise and educate customers on safe use and maintenance.
- Log interactions accurately in the CRM system, categorize cases, and ensure timely follow-up until full resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Team, Sales Team, and external freelancers to streamline customer support.
