As a Customer Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service both in Greek and English, handling complex queries via phone calls and emails.
  • Diagnose and resolve product issues, offering clear instructions and effective solutions/workarounds.
  • Manage B2B orders and inquiries efficiently, serving as the central contact point for business clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date product expertise and educate customers on safe use and maintenance.
  • Log interactions accurately in the CRM system, categorize cases, and ensure timely follow-up until full resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Team, Sales Team, and external freelancers to streamline customer support.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator position should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar Customer Service role. Experience with consumer electronics or home appliances is considered a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, essential for liaising with international contacts.
  • Strong Problem-Solving capabilities and proven Technical Troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM/ticketing tools and standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-centric mindset, combined with high levels of patience and resilience under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong sense of accountability for case management and closure.
  • A Team Player with adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
