Commercial Specialist - Content Strategy & SEO Analytics ( Chalandri)

Job Description

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with company's goals and ICPs
• Oversee editorial calendars, content workflows and agency deliverables
• Ensure consistent, high quality on brand content across all channels

SEO Leadership

• Lead SEO across SERPs, GenAI and LLM visibility
• Perform technical audits, key word optimization and link- building
• Drive improvements in site architecture, content and SEO practices

Analytics & Optimization

• Track content performance and organic growth KPIs
• Manage CMS and support UX, discoverability and conversion improvements
• Provide insights to stakeholders and stay updated on AI- driven search trends

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration
• 3 years of professional experience in content Marketing & SEO
• Strong understanding of on - page and technical SEO
• Experience with CMS platforms ( WordPress, Webflow, Sitecore)
• Analytical mindset and proficiency with SEO tools ( Semji,GA4 GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and content performance measurement frameworks
• High technical fluency in Greek and English
• Excellent written English and editorial judgement, ability to create and evaluate high - quality content across multiple formats and personas
