Call Representative

We are looking for a Call Representative to join our team at Astrea Group !

The call Representative plays a critical role in generating leads and in building relationships with potential real estate clients. They are responsible for initiating and conducting telemeetings with prospective clients, providing information about our properties and services, and tasks for follow-up from our sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate and conduct high-quality calls with leads to discuss their real estate needs and interests.
• Effectively present our wide range of properties and services, highlighting their unique advantages and benefits.
• Qualifying leads to determine their level of interest and readiness to proceed with a property purchase.
• Schedule follow-up appointments with potential clients for our sales team to convert them into buyers.
• Maintain detailed records of all leads, including notes, follow-up actions, and lead information.
• Track and report on telemeeting performance metrics, including appointment bookings, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.

• Proven experience in conducting telemeetings and crm use.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to formulate complex real estate information in a clear and coherent way.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate sales is required.
• Previous experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in one of the languages: English / German / Russian
