Reports to the Management Team

We are looking for a young individual who has a solid work ethic , high level of integrity , concern for quality , cross cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation . As the first in command you will lead by example , ensuring that the kitchen team operates following high standards of service excellence and teamwork and you will work continually to improve guest satisfaction while maintaining the company's and guest's budget .

We are seeking to recruit a Private Cook for the summer season 2023 who will have the responsibility to serve breakfast,lunch/dinner to the guests of the Villa which usually are 12 people .

• Culinary School diploma
• Work experience in a Luxury Villa will be considered as an asset
• Minimum 3 years in the proffession and preferably in a 5* property in the hospitality industry 
• Excellent knowledge of Meditterenean cuisine 
• Strong interpersonal abillities and organizational skills are essential for this role
• Good written and verbal Greek and English communication skills are required
• This role entails excellent communication skills and problem solving abillities .
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Understanding of various cooking methods , ingredients , equipment and procedures
