For the role of Associate Lawyer (Energy), you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with the client throughout the duration of the transaction.
• Drafting and negotiating Greek-law construction and supply agreements in both English and Greek.
• Corresponding with all parties involved in a case, including clients, counterparties, lenders, foreign counsel, and technical experts.
• Responding to complex queries and comments raised by clients and project funders.
• Participating actively in multi-party contractual drafting and negotiation for large-scale projects.

For the role of Associate Lawyer (Energy), you will need:

• Law degree from a Greek university
• 5-8 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in energy transactions and energy regulatory advice
• Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
