ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, one of Greece’s leading B2B
service providers with more than 55 years of market presence, is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join its IT Helpdesk team.
You will report to the IT Operations Director and support
users across all business units, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support while
ensuring system reliability and security. This role offers the opportunity to

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
day-to-day end-user IT support (remote & on-site)
- Manage
and maintain PCs, laptops, and endpoints
- Diagnose
and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Log,
track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Administer
Active Directory (onboarding/offboarding, security groups)
- Manage
cloud-based platforms (RMM, Microsoft 365)
- Ensure
compliance with operational and security procedures
- Prepare
basic reporting and ensure endpoint health
