Senior Industrial Engineer

Role Description:

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for a position based in Nea Santa, Kilkis. In this role, you’ll work closely with various teams to bring innovative ideas from concept to finished products, ensuring quality, safety, and performance at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of functional, safe, and aesthetically appealing playground and sports equipment
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using CAD tools such as SolidWorks
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation, working closely with production teams
• Apply your expertise in machine design, material selection, and cost optimization
• Ensure designs meet international safety standards like EN1176
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to create customized solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, providing technical guidance
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and contribute to product innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industria Egineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical or product design
• Expertise in machine design, with a focus on playground or recreational equipment
• Advanced skills in SolidWorks , AutoCAD and other CAD software
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment
• Knowledge of PDM is a plus
