Sales Manager
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will have to handle all sales activities and oversees the day to day management of the sales team by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts; be fully aware of new products and competition status
• Achieve growth, set sales targets and activity key performance indicators; report in progress toward sales
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships; maintain and develop good relations with existing partners, agents, companies and regular individual guests
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Implement activities appointed by the Sales Director concerning key accounts
• Organize site inspections of the properties with new or existing partners
• Attend industry conferences, annual events and present the company to new clients
• Reinforce networking with companies in the industry
• Cooperate with reservations department and e-commerce
• Assist the Director of Sales in any other relevant task assigned
