Sales and Development Manager - Hospitality Management

We are a Real Estate development and asset management company, seeking a SALES AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for our new Hospitality management agency, based in Athens, Greece

Job Description
You will be responsible for direct sales in Greece, by designing, developing and implementing effective sales management strategies, maximizing our sales potential. You will report directly and working closely with the company’s management in developing strategies for new opportunities.

• At least 6 years previous experience in Hospitality Management, specialized in Greek Hotel Industry.
• Advanced knowledge of reservation/revenue/Online channel management, hotel marketing and hotel business strategy and offline sales representation.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Greek and English language.
• The ideal candidate should be characterized by management skills, teamwork spirit and politeness. Moreover, should be communicative, self-motivated, enthusiastic and risk taker.
