Digital Marketing Specialist

Istopolis Group, a leading advertising agency, seeks Digital Marketing Specialist for full-time employment in Thessaloniki, Greece.

• Strategically develop and implement digital campaigns across various channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.
• Manage digital marketing budgets of social media client accounts
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance through applying data-driven insight
• Report on ROI
• Be responsible for day-to-day content management of social media client accounts
• Generate, edit compelling copy and publish engaging content for various digital media and channels
• Create and execute email-based marketing campaigns
• Use effective remarketing techniques
• Work closely with the designers’, commercial and technical team for campaign briefs and all tasks relevant to digital marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Work with data-driven mentality under strict deadlines as set by the Marketing Manager
  

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Deep knowledge and interest in social media platforms
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Hands-on experience with social media advertising, Google AdWords, Google Display Network and email campaigns 
• Excellent copywriting (Greek and English), editing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to deliver creative content
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Dynamic Remarketing techniques
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive strategies, which deliver results
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines 
• Team player
• Excellent command of the English Language

• Proven 2 years’ working experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role will be considered a plus
