General Summary: supports and updates the b2b e-shop, undertakes marketing strategies, programs and activities to meet the company’s sales and marketing objectives. Prepares graphic designs and develops and maintains strong working relationships with current and prospect clients.
SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES- Support our website and CRM platform by updating current products and services and adding new products (photos, write and update descriptions, etc.) and design new banners when necessary
- Develops annual marketing plan including objectives, key activities, and marketing programs towards implementing approved strategies within agreed budgets
- Organizes trade shows, seminars, trainings and other events for customers and partners
- Compose press releases and keep contact with the press
- Prepare and execute digital activities by writing and designing advertisements for websites, banners, social media posts & updates
- Coordinate writing and designing of email newsletters
- Maintain and increase target groups’ databases and email lists by contacting current and prospects customers
- Develops/adapts promotional material
- Gathers and analyses data on competitor activity
- Prepares and continuously updates training material for sales team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mandatory experience in a Telecommunications company
- Has the ability to learn a broad range of high technology products and services
- Knowledge and experience of design tools such as Photoshop etc.
- Very good knowledge of eCommerce platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in related subject is required
- Master’s degree in Business Marketing is a plus
- Technical background is an asset
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Excellent knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms
