Role Description:
Handling of new ship programming software OAS
Receipt of freight and bunker invoices / category-wise management / database maintenance
Monitoring of charter party executions
Communication with relevant departments of the company (piers, refinery scheduling, cargo operators)
Communication with external partners (brokers, shipowners' operation)
Management of invoices and payment orders
Requirements:
University Degree in Maritime Studies or Economics
excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
excellent MS Office proficiency
experience in SAP preferred
