A dynamic food manufacturing company located in Greece Thessaloniki is looking for a IT Manager - (Code IT 2020).

The Company which is based in Thessaloniki due to its expansion is looking for a highly experienced IT Manager to join its energetic and fun IT team.

• At present, we are seeking an IT Development Manager to join our IT team of Three. As the IT Manager, you will be leading status meetings with confidence, tact and control; while working with cross functional teams to represent the projects voice and negotiate strongly for the projects on timelines, requirements, customisation, integration and enhancements. You need to have the drive to bring results fast with minimal supervision and with excellent people skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the diverse IT systems with confidence & expertise in order to provide solutions
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the process requirements in a fast and confident manner
• Produce high-quality software that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Create and maintain the information architecture
• Manage and develop the IT team
• Review, analyse and suggest ERP solutions and development
• Challenge the status quo and offer solution in business issues in daily basis

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Fast Thinker, Hard Worker, Manage up skills
• Able to invest time and put effort over and above the average IT manager
• Able to think and produce solutions with minimal management advice

NECESSARY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems – Entersoft , its creation, application, modifications and selection for different business models and/or departments
• Ability to grasp new concepts and learn new software applications quickly
• A driving force behind software product development and system integration projects, who can use their technical knowledge, and people and organisational skills, to deliver transformative solutions quickly and iteratively
• Possess an aptitude for technology and a willingness to engage with people to bridge the gaps between the business, IT and users
• Diligent, detail-orientated approach to project governance, risk & issue management and project roles and responsibilities
• Experience of applying agile project management techniques to address short-term tactical needs while establishing the processes needed to manage multiple, long-term projects
• Working with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and project priorities in order to resolve issues and communicate progress
• The ability to help define scalable, best-practice project management processes that evolve with the business
