Front Office Agent
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant position.
- General education degree or international equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS and computer applications - software programs.
- Additional language would be considered an extra asset.
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts including nights.
