Role Overview
As Front Office
Manager, you will lead a dynamic team that delivers seamless, warm, and
intuitive service throughout every stage of the guest journey — from
pre-arrival to post-departure.
You combine operational precision with emotional intelligence, guiding your
team to make every interaction reflect Zélia’s calm rhythm of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and
inspire the Front Office team across reception, concierge, guest relations, and
reservations.
- Ensure smooth daily operations — check-in/out, billing, and guest
communications.
- Personally oversee VIP and repeat guest experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reputation (Medallia, OTAs).
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Guest Experience teams
for flawless service delivery.
- Drive upselling and revenue initiatives while maintaining genuine guest
connection.
- Implement and train on brand standards and digital systems (Opera Cloud,
Reserve, DUVE, NEXI).
