This role is for a leader who understands that F&B is the heartbeat of the Casa Cook luxury lifestyle—a blend of sophisticated simplicity, authentic local flavour, and effortless atmosphere. You won't just manage; you will curate an experience that resonates with our discerning, design-conscious international guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all F&B outlets (Beach House Restaurant, Beach House Bar) reflect the Casa Cook aesthetic, quality, and relaxed, yet polished, service philosophy.
- Lead daily operations, managing flow, service, and guest expectations to ensure seamless, five-star delivery from breakfast to late-night cocktails.
- Maintain the highest standards for food presentation, beverage preparation, and hygiene (HACCP), working closely with the Executive Chef.
- Analyze F&B performance data, provide accurate forecasting, and present clear financial insights to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a F&B team, building a positive culture of genuine warmth and professional accountability.
- Implement training programs focused on product knowledge (especially local wines and modern mixology) and intuitive, personalized guest interaction.
