We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.
Responsibilities
The supervisor is responsible for all aspects of operations at the properties and day-to-day staff management and guests.
- Exceptional personal presence and communication with cleaning services and maintenance employees
- Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests, manage all department’s related operations (check in/out)
- Build full knowledge of properties' facilities and local area information
- Ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints
- Continuous updates regarding the condition of the property
- Check and keep our storage fully equipped, clean and tidy
- Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Tourism Business Management or Business Administration
- Experience in the Hospitality industry in a Hotel or Short-term rentals position
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Team oriented
- Professionalism, Integrity and Responsibility
- Excellent command of the English language. Additional knowledge of further foreign languages would be considered as an asset
- Flexibility, creativity and adaptability to change
- Driving licence
