Started back in 2003 the brand's flagship location is in Mykonos and it also has venues in Dubai, Limassol, Cannes and soon-to-open venues in London. Nammos World provides luxury beach settings, fine dining gastronomy, luxurious cabanas, and the latest fashion trends in Nammos Village.

Role Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of human resources management, including payroll and employment law compliance, employee recruitment/employment, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, policy implementation and employee relations. The executive must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 3+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in providing support for benefits administration and employee relations
  • Knowledge in HR Policies. regulations, and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of French language will be considered as an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or service industry is a plus
