Job Description:
We are looking for
a motivated and energetic Junior Leads Coordinator to join our team in Athens.
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming leads from social media
and phone calls for RECOM REPOWER, a leading solar PV EPC company. Your main
goal is to manage and track these leads efficiently and convert them into
booked meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all
incoming leads from social media platforms and phone calls promptly and
professionally
- Keep accurate records of leads and follow up regularly to
maintain engagement
- Prioritize booking meetings with potential clients for
the sales team
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to encourage interest and
schedule appointments
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to
optimize lead handling processes
- Provide feedback on lead quality and
customer inquiries to improve service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication
skills in Greek (spoken and written)
- Friendly, talkative, and energetic personality
with a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work quickly and
efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools
or lead management software
- Previous experience in a call center, customer
service, or sales support is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail
