Key Responsibilities

As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be entrusted with the following:

Experience Sales & Guest Engagement

• Promote, curate and manage tailor-made luxury experiences for resort guests
• Engage directly with guests to understand their needs and elevate their stay

Documentation & Administrative Excellence

• Prepare and organize all necessary operational and guest-related documentation
• Driving collaboration with OTAs and commercial partners

Luxury Brand Representation

• Serve as a brand ambassador of Grandeur, maintaining elegance, professionalism and impeccable service standards at all times

Compliance & Operational Standards

• Adhere strictly to company’s SOPs, ensuring seamless and safe operations

Team Coordination & Support

• Collaborate closely and effectively with crew members to deliver exceptional experiences
• Contribute to a positive team culture that enhances daily workflow and guest satisfaction

Your Profile

We are looking for individuals who embody luxury hospitality:

• Passion for sea, travel and high-end lifestyle experiences
• Warm, positive and charismatic, with a genuine smile
• Team player, able to collaborate harmoniously with diverse professionals
• Multitasking ability, managing multiple guest requests with ease
• Polished and professional appearance
• Guest-focused mindset, aspiring to excel as the lifestyle host of a global award-winning brand
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Spanish, German, or Russian is an advantage
• Eligibility to work: EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a valid full-time work permit
• Previous hospitality or luxury service experience is appreciated but not required
• Availability for April to November
