As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting
our award-winning Angsana Spa. You will play a vital role in creating a
serene and welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations, assisting guests
with treatment selections, and ensuring a smooth and memorable spa experience
that reflects the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome spa guests warmly, ensuring a calm and
inviting arrival experience
- Manage spa bookings, reservations, and inquiries in
person, over the phone, and via email
- Provide detailed information on spa treatments,
products, and wellness programs
- Coordinate with therapists and other team members to
ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including
accurate billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting
area at all times
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance
guest satisfaction and revenue
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and
professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or
front desk role is an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential, additional languages
(such as Greek, German, or French) are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
a calm, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to
multitask in a serene but fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing the
highest level of service
- Professional appearance and attitude in line with
5-star standards
