Responsabilities

• Provide personalised advice on beauty, skincare, cosmetics, hair care, and hair colour products.
• Assist customers through phone, email, chat, and online reviews.
• Recommend suitable products based on individual needs and preferences.
• Answer product-related questions and offer practical solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing a leading international beauty brand.

• Fluency in English (C1 - C2)
• Previous experience in the beauty industry, cosmetics retail, skincare, hairdressing, or a related field.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
