Sales & Business Development Officer (SaaS) on behalf of its client, a Business Consulting company based in Athens.
Responsibilities:- Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media, as well as identifying and qualifying sales opportunities from inbound channels
- Representing the company’s services, using comprehensive knowledge, as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Generating leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any services
