- Window Server 2019 based Active Directory management.
- Office 365 Management.
- LAMP stack installation and maintenance.
- SQL Server installation and maintenance.
- Manage AVAYA IP 500 Phone System.
- Windows Server management and maintenance.
- Report development based on Visual Studio Reporting Services.
- TCP IP Network design and maintenance.
- Installation and maintenance of network firewalls.
- Provide support for ERP software systems.
- Provide support for Windows based PCs and peripherals,
- Manage the IT equipment and IT storage room.
- Train users on Microsoft Office software.
- Provide support for parents using the School portal.
