Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop the existing clientele mainly in the Attica Region and lead the sales representative team.
Key Accountabilities
- Manages Business Development and market expansion
- Reaches the targets and goals set for his/hers area
- Establishes, maintains and expands his/hers customer base
- Develops, recommends and implements multi-year and annual Sales Plans
- Proposes performance metrics for sales representatives
- Recruits and trains sales representatives
- Reporting to Sales Director
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
